About Us
It all began when Mike thought he wanted a pizza oven in the back yard....
A couple of retired air traffic controllers who have a passion for food decided to do a little more than have a small wood burning oven in the back yard. Old enough to retire, but too young to quit we decided to go big with the oven and share the experience with others.
It began as a hobby but with encouragement from friends, family and customers we are now bringing the pizzas to your place.
